In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "0y088" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 0y088 online gaming platform, accessible at 0y088.net, and its operating entity.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any registered user who holds an active 0y088 account.
• "Account" — the unique account created by a Member upon successful registration with 0y088, identified by a username and secured by a password.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Member's 0y088 account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a Member on a game, sports event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Member by 0y088 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Member must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required by 0y088 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which 0y088 accounts are denominated.
• "Business Day" — any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or Indonesian public holiday on which Indonesian banks are open for normal business.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the reasonable control of 0y088, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, war, cyberattack, power failure, or telecommunications outage.

2.1 — To register and maintain an account on 0y088, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. 21+
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of 0y088 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 0y088 or any responsible gaming authority.

2.2 — By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria are met. 0y088 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within 72 hours of request may result in account restriction or closure.

2.3 — 0y088 does not knowingly provide services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 0y088 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different name, email address, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 0y088 will suspend all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and may retain winnings generated during the period of policy violation pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, and your date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted via your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. 0y088 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 0y088 customer support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of all pending wagering activity and successful KYC verification, subject to the withdrawal procedures described in Clause 5.

4.1 — 0y088 is required to verify the identity and age of Members before processing any withdrawal request. This process — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — may also be triggered by unusual account activity, a significant change in deposit or wagering patterns, or a specific compliance review.

4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires the following documents, submitted as clear colour photographs or scanned copies:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM).

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 0y088 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

5.2 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 0y088 does not apply any currency conversion charge. Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are denominated in IDR.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet are credited to your 0y088 balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–30 minutes of payment confirmation, subject to the operating hours and settlement schedules of the originating bank.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): Within 1–3 Business Days of approval, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment account held in the same name as the registered 0y088 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The withdrawal method must match, or be equivalent in ownership to, the deposit method used during the current account cycle.

5.6 Fees. 0y088 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 0y088 has no control.

5.7 Declined Transactions. 0y088 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, account policy breach, or where the transaction cannot be verified to our satisfaction. In such cases, 0y088 will notify you via your registered email address and provide guidance on next steps.

6.1 — 0y088 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Member is entitled to claim each individual promotion only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state it is a recurring or reload offer. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

6.4 Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide: sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%; slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The exact contribution rate for each game type is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.5 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus balance is active in your account, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per wager. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit applicable to each promotion is published in the promotion terms.

6.6 — Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Bonus balances have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

7.1 — All games available on 0y088 are governed by the individual rules published within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that game. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 0y088's server logs shall be conclusive.

7.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, 0y088 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the Member's balance. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the actual winning amount as recorded in the server logs shall apply.

8.1 — The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0y088 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by 0y088.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform component to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to manipulate game or market outcomes.

8.2 — Where 0y088 determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in prohibited conduct, 0y088 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and settled wagers; forfeit bonus balances and any winnings derived from policy-violating activity; withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation; and/or report the matter to relevant authorities.

9.1 — 0y088 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. 10.2 — Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any unauthorised reproduction of studio content is a violation of both these Terms and the applicable studio's own intellectual property rights.

11.1 — 0y088 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0y088 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 — 0y088 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — even if 0y088 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 — 0y088's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their 0y088 account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11.4 — Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 0y088's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 0y088.

11.5 Force Majeure. 0y088 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from a Force Majeure event. 0y088 will use reasonable endeavours to notify Members of any Force Majeure event and to resume normal service as promptly as practicable.

12.1 — 0y088 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 0y088 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to all registered Members before the revised Terms take effect.

12.2 — Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

13.1 — These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which 0y088's operating entity is incorporated. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law that cannot be contractually excluded.

13.2 — In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 0y088 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Members should raise disputes in the first instance by contacting 0y088 customer support via live chat or email, providing full details of the matter.

13.3 — If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

13.4 — Notwithstanding the foregoing, 0y088 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud.
